How do I place an order?
Add your chosen bust to your cart, upload your photo at checkout, and select your size, finish, and nameplate text. We handle the rest.
What happens after I place my order?
We build your 3D model, refine it, then send you a preview for approval before printing begins.
Can I see a preview before it's printed?
Yes. We send a digital model preview for your approval before we print anything.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. High resolution works best. Avoid blurry, shadowed, or low-light images.
Can I submit more than one photo?
Yes. Multiple angles help us capture a better likeness.
How accurate will the likeness be?
Our busts are designed for approximately 90–95% resemblance. They are stylized sculptural recreations, not hyper-realistic statues.
What are layer lines?
Visible layer lines are a natural characteristic of FDM 3D printing. They are part of the process and visible on every bust.
What sizes are available?
5.5 inch and 8 inch. Custom sizes are available upon request.
Can I add a name or text to the base?
Yes. You can add a primary name and a secondary line of text to the nameplate at checkout.
Can I add a custom logo?
Yes. For team orders of 4 or more busts, a custom logo is included at no charge. For individual orders, a custom logo can be added for a $25 art fee
Do you do bulk or team orders?
Yes. We specialize in group series orders for sports teams, schools, and organizations. Select the group order option on the contact form to get started.
Is there a minimum for group orders?
Group pricing and custom logo inclusion begins at 4 busts.
How far in advance should I order for a group?
We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event or award date to allow for production and shipping.
How long does production take?
1–7 business days after photo review and model approval.
How is it packaged?
Every bust ships in protective packaging specifically designed to prevent damage in transit.
What if my bust arrives damaged?
Contact us with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.
Can I return a custom bust?
Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. All sales are final once a model is approved and sent to print.
What if I'm not happy with the likeness?
If you feel the likeness doesn't meet the 90–95% standard, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
How do I clean my bust?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use water, cleaning sprays, or chemicals.
Can I display it outside?
No. PLA plastic is sensitive to heat and UV light. Keep your bust indoors, away from direct sunlight and high-temperature areas.
