Because Bustify3D products are custom-made items, refunds or replacements are only issued under specific circumstances.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will replace or refund an order if:

The item arrives damaged during shipping

There is a major manufacturing defect

The wrong order was produced

The print contains significant structural defects
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Subjective opinions about likeness

Dissatisfaction due to photo quality submitted by the customer

Shipping Damage Policy
If your sculpture arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The damaged sculpture

The packaging
-
Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
