Refund policy

Because Bustify3D products are custom-made items, refunds or replacements are only issued under specific circumstances.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will replace or refund an order if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping

  • There is a major manufacturing defect

  • The wrong order was produced

  • The print contains significant structural defects

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Minor differences in facial features

  • Artistic interpretation differences

  • Subjective opinions about likeness

  • Dissatisfaction due to photo quality submitted by the customer

  • Minor print texture variations common in 3D printing

 


 

Shipping Damage Policy

If your sculpture arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of:

    • The damaged sculpture

    • The packaging

  3. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
