Bustify3D Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Custom Product Policy

All Bustify3D products are custom-made sculptures created from photos submitted by the customer. Because each item is custom designed and produced specifically for the customer, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

 

AI Likeness & Artistic Interpretation Policy

Bustify3D uses AI-assisted 3D modeling software to generate a sculpted bust based on the photos provided by the customer.

While our system is designed to produce highly accurate busts and typically achieves approximately 90–95% likeness, the final sculpture is considered an artistic interpretation rather than a perfect photographic replica.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • The sculpture is an AI-generated artistic recreation.

  • Minor variations in facial features, proportions, hairstyle, expression, or details may occur.

  • The final bust may not be 100% identical to the original photos.

  • These natural artistic variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

Bustify3D guarantees a strong likeness representation, but not an exact duplication.

 

Photo Submission Requirements

The quality of the final sculpture depends heavily on the quality of the photos provided.

For best results, customers should submit photos that are:

  • Clear and high resolution

  • Well lit

  • Facing forward when possible

  • Free from sunglasses, hats, shadows, or obstructions

  • Showing the full head and face clearly

Bustify3D cannot guarantee likeness accuracy when photos are:

  • Blurry

  • Low resolution

  • Poorly lit

  • Obstructed or partially hidden

Orders submitted with poor photo quality may result in reduced likeness accuracy.

 

Refund & Replacement Policy

Because Bustify3D products are custom-made items, refunds or replacements are only issued under specific circumstances.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will replace or refund an order if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping

  • There is a major manufacturing defect

  • The wrong order was produced

  • The print contains significant structural defects

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Minor differences in facial features

  • Artistic interpretation differences

  • Subjective opinions about likeness

  • Dissatisfaction due to photo quality submitted by the customer

  • Minor print texture variations common in 3D printing

 

Shipping Damage Policy

If your sculpture arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of:

    • The damaged sculpture

    • The packaging

  3. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

 

Production Time

Bustify3D sculptures are made to order.

Typical production time:

3–10 business days for modeling and printing

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Because each bust is custom designed and printed, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

By placing an order through bustify3d.com you acknowledge that:

✔ Bustify3D sculptures are AI-generated artistic recreations
✔ Final sculptures typically achieve 90–95% likeness but are not exact replicas
✔ Minor differences in facial features or details may occur
✔ Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins
